Our bespoke wedding design and coordination service is tailored around our clients and we work in whatever way suits you and your lifestyle: out of hours or long distance if required.

After an initial private consultation during which we complete a detailed events and lifestyle questionnaire, we will furnish you with a comprehensive written quotation. Once accepted, we set to work...

We will work closely with you to ensure we offer venues and suppliers that reflect the type of celebration you require and within your budget. Once the venue(s) is secured we will together begin to fill in the details: from the wedding day wardrobes, design, flowers, stationery, photography and catering, to band and entertainment, the cake, wedding transport, guest accommodation and with an optional concierge service.

We can work around your schedules and bring prospective suppliers to you in most cases. During the month and week of your wedding we can provide you with a detailed schedule of appointments. For your wedding Sarah and her team will manage and oversee the celebration to ensure it runs seamlessly.

Across the UK and Europe we have secured exclusive access to a number of privately owned luxury venues not normally available for hire for weddings and celebrations. ‘By invitation only’ we have a handful of select properties available for weekend (or occasionally longer) private use. In addition to seclusion and guaranteed security and privacy, these properties offer a range of country pursuits and sporting activities, luxurious living, unrivalled personal service and fine dining.

Luxury & Exclusivity …

Our portfolio also includes castles, vineyards, villas and privately owned, members-only sporting clubs. We can arrange a full itinerary of activities, take care of travel and accommodation requirements and offer a full concierge service. All such properties have bi-lingual staff working on your event with us.

Personal Service …

Sarah Haywood personally manages all the events arranged within our Signature Collection and will travel worldwide for consultations to ensure your exact requirements are met. The level of personal service offered is such that we are forced to limit the number of such celebrations on our books at any one time. Budgets in region of $750,000 will be required to secure this service.

For couples needing extra hands and help in the build up to their big day (or if it all gets too much and you need support) we offer wedding week and wedding day assistance.

We are unfortunately only able to offer this service with Sarah Haywood within 8 weeks of your wedding day. For another member of Sarah’s team to be present at your celebration, this service can be pre-booked.

In a one-to-one private consultation with Sarah any or all aspects of planning for your wedding can be covered and at whatever stage in the planning process you are. We offer a full design service, budgeting assistance, a venue and suppliers search and coordination advice.

We also offer consultations to couples who have already planned their day but who would like a professional Wedding Day Schedule compiled. This will ensure timings are realistic, that nothing has been left to chance and will help you maximize the potential of your day. Ideally this service is offered approximately one month before your celebration.

Consultations can be arranged in your own home or office if preferred.

At our Wedding Workshops Sarah Haywood opens the doors to her design secrets and shares details of her meticulous planning methods. A fabulous and affordable way to add the ‘Sarah Haywood touch’ to your wedding day.

Our one-day workshops include lunch and the day is divided into the key areas of wedding planning and design. They are the day-spa of wedding planning!

Our more intensive weekend workshops include overnight accommodation at a luxury hotel. As well as sessions with Sarah at the start and end of each day, the weekend includes master classes with invited guest experts who Sarah has worked alongside during her career. In addition to covering the wedding planning basics, workshops include design and flowers, photography, cakes, hair and beauty and wedding day wardrobes. Participants are encouraged to join Sarah for dinner on the Saturday evening for a really enriching wedding-planning experience.

We offer an entirely transparent fees structure and do not work on commission: we want to source what is right for you and structure our pricing according to the service. Any discounts or financial incentives offered to us we pass to you. Because we are not reliant upon a cut from suppliers to earn our fees, we can offer a truly independent, bespoke service without the need to restrict the search to those suppliers and individuals offering us the largest referral fee or percentage. Our reputation within the industry however, means suppliers, vendors and venues are keen to work with us and for us to bring them repeat business. This ensures we do secure very competitive pricing from suppliers for our clients.
