Our team works seamlessly together, planning and producing events defined by considered design, exceptional service and quiet confidence. As CEO of Sarah Haywood Exceptional Celebrations, Lee Clubb-Sansom’s role is simple in principle, though ambitious in practice: to ensure the team behind some of the world’s most extraordinary celebrations has everything it needs to deliver unforgettable moments for our clients around the globe.
Lee leads the company’s strategy, operations and growth, working closely with the team and Founder to support the creative brilliance the brand is known for. While the celebrations themselves are breathtakingly beautiful, Lee’s focus is on what happens behind the scenes - building exceptional teams, strengthening partnerships and ensuring every event is delivered with precision, discretion and effortless service.
In 2026, Lee guided the company through its transition to employee ownership, securing the independence of the business and reinforcing a culture where everyone shares responsibility for the high standards clients experience.
As Sarah Haywood Exceptional Celebrations enters its third decade, Lee’s priority is protecting what makes the company special while continuously developing the structure and stability that will allow it to flourish long into the future.
As Senior Events Producer, Amy plays a central role in the planning and delivery of some of our clients' most complex celebrations around the world.
Established in the events industry for more than 13 years, Amy leads the production of large-scale celebrations from concept through to execution, bringing together the many moving parts that allow each event to run smoothly. Working closely with the Director of Events, clients and an international network of suppliers, she is known for her ability to anticipate what is needed before it is asked; ensuring both clients and event partners feel supported at every stage of the process.
With a background producing events and international tours for The Royal Households, discretion and composure under pressure are second nature to her approach. She brings that same clarity and confidence to our clients' celebrations today, pairing careful planning with a creative instinct for shaping the atmosphere, rhythm and sense of occasion that make each celebration feel truly alive.
A particular focus of her work is music and entertainment, curating performances and unexpected moments that energise the room and leave guests talking long after the celebration has ended.
As the Junior Event Planner, Mila supports the planning and delivery of our exceptional events around the world. From the early stages of planning through to onsite delivery, she helps coordinate the many details that ensure every celebration runs seamlessly.
Before joining Sarah Haywood Exceptional Celebrations, Mila built her experience across the hospitality and events industry. This background has given her a strong understanding of guest experience and the importance of delivering every detail with care.
As Director of Events, Laura leads the events team while overseeing the delivery of some of our most complex multi-day celebrations across the UK, Europe and beyond. Known for her calm authority and meticulous approach, she works closely with clients and creative partners to shape ambitious ideas into celebrations that feel seamless, personal and unforgettable.
Before joining Sarah Haywood Exceptional Celebrations, Laura built her career in high-end hospitality and events. This experience informs her instinctive understanding of logistics, service and atmosphere, ensuring that every celebration is not only beautifully executed but thoughtfully designed with the guest experience at its heart.
Having progressed through Sarah Haywood, Laura brings a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver events at the highest level. Jamie is a Senior Events Producer with more than a decade of experience delivering ambitious live experiences, from industry-leading conferences and awards ceremonies to exceptional private celebrations across Europe. He combines strategic thinking with creative instinct and meticulous execution to produce events that are as seamless behind the scenes as they are memorable for guests.
As part of the team at Sarah Haywood, Jamie is key in the execution of the production of our world-class celebrations, collaborating with clients, designers and an international network of suppliers to bring complex, multi-day events to life. His expertise spans every stage of the production journey, from budgeting, logistics and supplier management to creative direction, entertainment and on-site delivery.
With a background spanning the creative industries, high profile performers, entertainment and luxury events, Jamie is passionate about creating experiences that feel effortless, personal and unforgettable. Sarah Haywood is internationally regarded as one of the leading authorities in luxury weddings and events. Over more than two decades, she has built a company known for its artistry, discretion and exacting standards. Sarah remains part of the business as Founder Director.
